What You Are Purchasing

The original design file, or the source file, is made up of dozens & dozens of layers - stacked together like sheets of paper. When the design is complete, it is then flattened or merged into a single image which gets cut-up into smaller pieces. These pieces (which enable the design to load faster over the web) are then put back together like a puzzle within the HTML code.

What you are purchasing are the pieces of the overall image, the HTML code, installation by SittingBoo & 10 business days of free technical support.

The source file is retained by SittingBoo as intellectual property.

 

Installation Timeline

Once you've purchased an eBay storefront design, your project will be added into our calendar. Depending on our current project load, you will be given an official start date along with a list of information we'll need from you.

As the project begins, we will look to you to provide us with the details we need to proceed. So please be sure to review our 'How the Process Works' infographic to get a better understanding.

If all your information is ready to go on the project start date, a typical install should take no more than 5 to 10 business days. This is dependent on our communication back & forth as well as holidays that may fall during this time.

 

Change Requests

So you like the design, but you'd love it if you could change just one little thing. Maybe the font choice? Maybe the color? Maybe you'd like to add something in or take something out?

At SittingBoo we're open to change, but while some changes are quick fixes others are time consuming.

If you will contact us to let us know the change you'd like made on which design, we'll work up a quote for the additional charges & return it to you within 48 hours.
