That's where Exclusive Rights come in. If the design has not yet been purchased by anyone, you can claim it for your own by purchasing the exclusive rights to the design.

This means we'll completely remove the design from our inventory so that no one else can have your same brand image.

Just be sure to purchase the rights at the same time as the design!
