Just the Highlights


While we're not suggesting you skip reading the full terms of sale, we understand that sometimes you just want to read the highlights. And that's what this is...the quick & dirty run-down of our terms of sale in layman's terms.

However, it's still up to you to read the full agreement before agreeing to our terms.

 

• You host the images.
The images used to create your design must be uploaded either to your website or a photo host account owned by you. SittingBoo does not provide hosting services.

• We'll install it for you.
SittingBoo will install your store & auction template for you.

• You get 30 days of free support.
SittingBoo provides 30 days of free tech-support after your installation date - but there are some caveats. If you change your user ID, store name or category names, those changes are not covered. But we will gladly provide you with a quote to make those changes for you.

• After 30 days it's on you.
Any changes after the 30 day mark can be corrected at our hourly rate (which we bill in 15 minute increments).

• We keep the source files; you get the design files.
SittingBoo keeps the source files created to design your store & template - the finished .jpg, .gif or .png files are your's.

• We believe you.
We're trusting that you own or have the rights to use any images or text you provide to us.

• We'll input your content.
We'll transfer your store page & about me page text as is, unless you tell us otherwise.

• If it's not ready, you've got 2 weeks.
You'll have 2 weeks to get us your store content. After that, we'll need to put your project on hold.

• Everyone makes mistakes.
While we'll do our best to catch any mistakes, in the end it's your responsibility to catch them all.

• We respect your privacy.
SittingBoo won't share, sell, rent or scrape any of your details to give to anyone else - for example, user names & passwords. We just ask you to do the same.

• Quotes are good for 30 days.
After 30 days, we'll need to review your project again & possibly provide a different quote.

• You won't hold it against us.
In very rare cases, a hiccup can happen that impacts your business or your project. We ask that you not hold it against us.

• We offer an "as is" guarantee.
Our designs & HTML code is sold as is. And while we like to brag about our work, we can't guarantee it'll do anything but what it's intended for.

• You can back-out or put it on hold.
You can back out at any time - or put the project on hold. Just let us know.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
All deposits are non-refundable. However, in cases where a project was paid in full upfront, SittingBoo will refund your money - minus the amount of hourly work already invested.

• We'll keep you in the loop.
If we make changes to our terms during the middle of your project we'll be sure to let you know.

• You won't erase our name.
You agree to leave the SittingBoo name & linked web address at the bottom of the design.
